How it Works

  1. REQUEST A TRIP.

    Start by submitting a TRIP REQUEST FORM. Once we have received your request, we will reach out to you to schedule an Initial Free 30-Minute Consultation to gather some more details about you and what you are looking for in your vacation.

  2. INITIAL FREE 30-MINUTE CONSULTATION.

    We offer a Free 30-Minute Consultation via Phone, Zoom, or Google Meet to be able to gather some more details and see if we are a good fit for you.

  3. DATES & DESTINATION.

    After the Consultation, we will work on finalizing your trip dates and destination. During this process, we will collect a non-refundable deposit to secure the services. Your deposit never expires, so if you change your mind, you can use it on a future trip!

  4. TRAVEL SURVEY.

    We will send you a comprehensive travel survey for you to fill out so we can learn more about you and your preferences, everything from how you take your coffee to what type of accommodations you want so we can get the perfect adventure for you planned.

  5. BOOK YOUR TRIP.

    After you complete your travel survey, we will quote your trip, book your travel insurance, and collect your 50% payment. We do require travel insurance at this time. In a post-pandemic world, anything can happen, so we want you to be protected.

  6. SIT BACK AND RELAX.

    Sit back and relax while we get to planning and booking your perfect vacation! Prior to your trip, we will send over your custom itinerary, detailed packing list, and signature Drop the Tent gift box.

  7. ADVENTURE TIME!

    It’s time for your adventure! While you are away on your vacation, we are always available for any questions that may come up. Photos and digital postcards are always welcome!
